Australian chef and co-presenter of Masterchef, John Torode, is also an expert on beef and has just released his new book John Torode's Beef.
In it he shares his tips on cooking with beef and his mouth-watering creations like perfect steak and stew with dumplings. And it's up for grabs in our new Q&A giveaway!
