American Trade Association launches Mini Medical Plan

American Trade Association (ATA), a Not-for-profit organisation, has launched ‘Mini Medical Plan’ amongst few other health insurance plans to their members. ATA brings together to form a strong buying group. Any person who is employed, or eligible for employment or business entrepreneur of the age group between 18 and 65 is eligible to be the member of ATA.
Mr Obed Kirkpatrick, President of ATA, while briefing the media here today said, “Limited benefit plan or popularly known mini-medical plan has benefits ranging from $300 to $1,000 a day if the member is hospitalized. The plan also provides coverage for office visits, tests and injections, as well as surgical benefits for both in and out-patient surgical procedures”.
“All Association members are eligible to enroll in one of our guaranteed issue health plans underwritten by Serve America Assurance LTD. Our plans offer access to a Multiplan, a very large national PPO organization with over 500,000 providers to choose from. We now offer a Major Medical plan in addition to our limited benefit indemnity plans”, he further added. .
“In addition to Mini Medical Plan, ATA has also launched various other plans like Per occurance Plan, Comprehensive Medical Plan, Accident Medical Plan and critical illness plan, to benefit the members”, he said.
