The Write House was published by OutSkirts Press,Inc.Edwin Hurdle has been writing poetry for a few years ever since he was in college.He decided to showcase his talents on a larger scale by entering the literary world of self-publishing.At the beginning of the book,he dedicate his work to his friend/childhood barber Raymond Broadnax.One day Edwin started showing his poetry to Raymond.He was so amazed at his creativity and how he writes poetry with such passion that he asked Edwin to help him out with his poetry.The support and confidence that he got from his friend is what made him enter the literary world so that the whole world can see his talents.The Write House was published this year
In the book,he expresses every type of feeling imaginable.What he wants to get out of the book is that he wants the reader to take his poetry and use it to their everyday lives in a positve way.Each poem in the book has a different message that he wants the reader to take into consideration.Each poem has something for everyone. From being the victim to a crime to being stab in the back by the woman that he thought love him,every feeling that he expresses is authentic.It is more than just a poetry book.It is a guide on how people should live their lives as individuals and not to take anyone or anything for granted.The way that Edwin writes can make the reader feel as though they are close to his soul, where they enter his world full of creativity and open-mindness.
