The prescription-only Monarch device is indicated for treatment of pediatric ADHD as a monotherapy in patients ages 7 through 12 years old who are not currently taking prescription ADHD medications. The device is intended to be used in the home under the supervision of a caregiver during periods of sleep.

2 NeuroPace (February 12, 2019) – NeuroPace Announces New Category I CPT Code from AMA for Electrocorticography from an Implanted Brain Neurostimulator – NeuroPace, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based medical technology company, today announced that the American Medical Association (AMA) has issued a new Category I Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) code for electrocorticography from an implanted brain neurostimulator.
