Rebecca Ferguson successfully takes on the role of Lady Jessica Atreides, a powerful force concealed in elegance and mystery, while Javier Bardem adorns the screen as the wise warrior Stilgar, a personification of strength and intelligence. Stellan Skarsgard menacingly steps down into the character of Baron Vladimir Harkonnen, a personification of malevolence and deceit, while Josh Brolin steadfastly takes on the part of Gurney Halleck, a warrior-poet with a heart as deep as the abyss.
