FSC Increases Service Capabilities With It's Latest Acquisition

FSC Construction & Maintenance announced today it has acquired the plumbing and heating operation of the New Waltham-based Auckland Plumbing Services.
The acquisition of Auckland Plumbing Services fits into the FSC strategy of delivering quality commercial and industrial infrastructure improvements locally and nationally providing services in the domestic marketplace. Aukland Plumbing Services is to be known as the FSC Mechanical Services Division. The new division will fit seamlessly into FSC operations, delivering the same services under a new banner.
The news follows from 2021's acquisition of Louth-based flooring business Ludaflors, which has since become known as the FSC Flooring Division.
"We're pleased to welcome Auckland Plumbing Services to the FSC family, their experienced team will support our continued expansion and their skills will help us deliver quality services across the UK," said Steve Brown, Contracts Director, FSC Construction & Maintenance. The operations will be managed by Dave Aukland, Mechanical Services Contracts Manager.
On the acquisition, FSC Director, Sharon Brown said, "We are delighted to welcome our new additions. With an already talented team in place, the business's day-to-day running will remain more or less the same and operate from our Grimsby base." Sharon continued, "Our website has altered to reflect our expansion so customers old and new can find our services."
