Ricky Bartlett, a longtime personality on CBS Radio 93.1 FM/1450 AM (KMRY), has recently undergone his second amputation.
Bartlett, a Columbus, Georgia native who resides in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, announced his upcoming leg amputation on the morning show that he has been a part of since 2015 and recent investor.
A current left-leg amputee, due to necrotizing fasciitis (flesh eating disease) in 2014, Bartlett underwent the amputation of his right-leg May 13, 2022 at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids.
An accomplished actor, he has been seen on the NBCUniversal syndicated hit 'Chicago PD' and other films; including voice over projects.
Bartlett's representative states he is home healing.
