- Do You Know What Is Frame Scaffolding?
- Frame scaffolding is one of the most common types of scaffolding seen on construction sites worldwide. Typically manufactured from round tubing, the frame scaffolding is available in several different configurations, from a section that contains both a ladder and a walk-through portal to sections that are totally walk-through and sections that resemble a ladder. The typical method of constructing frame scaffolding is to use two sections of the scaffold frame connected by two crossed sections of support poles arranged in a square configuration. Workers typically assemble the scaffolding by climbing the sections as they carry the next frame and pole components with them. They then assemble the new section atop of the previous section that was built.
Frame scaffolding commonly features sections where metal tubes are crossed over one another. Pins rising out of the corner poles of a section of frame scaffolding fit into recesses in the bottom of the corner poles of the section being stacked onto the lower section. Pin clips are placed through the connection to prevent the sections from coming apart. Boards or aluminum deck planks are placed across the completed frame scaffolding sections to give workers a place to stand while assembling the next section of scaffolding. The bottom-most section of frame scaffolding is commonly set upon threaded stands that include large-winged adjustment nuts. The scaffolding is adjusted and leveled by turning these adjusting nuts until the desired lean or level is achieved.
The sections of frame scaffolding not only provide workers with a place to work from, but the sections also act as a ladder to allow workers a way to reach the desired working height. Ropes hung from the uppermost section of scaffolding provide a way for workers to hoist materials up to their working level. Occasionally, when working with heavy materials such as concrete blocks, a power hoist will be employed to aid in the raising of the materials. It is not uncommon to see workers performing duties from multiple levels of a scaffolding tower at the same time.
The frame scaffolding is commonly brought to the worksite by truck. It is common for a construction supply or rental agency to provide scaffolding for any given job. This is partially due to the tremendous amount of scaffolding sections, cross poles, and locking pins required on any given job that would be too expensive for a single company to purchase for the occasional job that requires the use of scaffolding. The rental agency will deliver the frame scaffolding supplies to the job site, however, it is usually the job of the construction crew to assemble and tear down the scaffolding.

- The SAP-integrated workflow suite has put forward additional functions for artificial intelligence, S/4HANA and Fiori.
At the turn of the year 2021/22, the xSuite Group launched the new release 5.2.7 of the xSuite Business Solutions Cube. The new version offers SAP user companies even more functionalities for artificial intelligence, S/4HANA and Fiori. xSuite Business Solutions Cube are the SAP-only solutions for on-premises operation of xSuite. They consist of components for procurement, processing of incoming invoices and orders, and automatic matching of order confirmations and purchase orders.
The current version 5.2.7 also focuses on the expansion of artificial intelligence. On the one hand, this relates to agent determination, which makes the correct assignment even easier and faster. The AI component "Prediction Server" has been enhanced in such a way that it now recommends the most probable "agent" for the roles "Approval" and "Completion" on its own, entering it directly if the probability exceeds 85 percent (with manual correction still possible).
The xSuite Capture service from the cloud already relies on AI: When a correction is made or a value added, the software takes this information to improve its rule set. As the solution implicitly performs the training itself, no additional step is required for the training anymore. In the new release 5.2.7, AI-based implicit training has been extended. Now it is not only used for standard fields, but can also be used for customer-specific fields.
Extension for S/4HANA and Fiori
New version 5.2.7 of xSuite Business Solutions Cube supports SAP Fiori My Inbox. This gives users a central entry point to all tasks, including those outside the xSuite solution. Access to tasks is still possible through the xSuite inbox and the individual tiles. Via the new xSuite tile "Procurement Summary", processes handled with xSuite Procurement Cube can be analyzed. With Release 5.2.7, several preset layouts can be saved in the xSuite entry books and xSuite document views, and views can be made available globally for all users – both in Fiori and in the xSuite Web Client. Another new feature is the mass change option for company codes. For example, if you accidentally scan 300 invoices into the wrong company code, you no longer have to open and change every single invoice.

- What is PET Strapping?
- Polyester is the strongest plastic strap. It is often used for heavy loads that require a high tension during handling, transport, and storage. PET straps offer high tension, are able to retain this tension for a long period of time, and have an excellent stretch recovery. Because of the stretch recovery, they are excellently resistant to shocks and impacts. PET strap is light, UV resistant, recyclable, and easy to handle. These properties remain, even at high temperatures. The main disadvantage is that it is less elastic than the PP strap.

Polyester strapping will withstand higher tensioning than other plastic strapping up to 25% higher, with equivalent break strengths. It will retain tension on rigid loads better than other non-metallic strapping.
Quality’s polyester strapping is virtually unaffected by weather or ultraviolet rays. It is significantly lower in cost than steel strapping, a lot safer to use, and easier to dispose of too. Just imagine how to get rid of steel strapping waste? Polyester strapping is also much safer to use than metal strapping since it has no sharp edges.
Considering all of the above, polyester strapping has become a wise choice as a steel strapping replacement.

- Types of Strapping Material
- The most commonly used strapping straps are Polypropylene (PP band), Polyester (PET) band, and steel strap. Each strap with its unique properties, application areas, advantages and disadvantages. Steel strap
Steel strap is the oldest and strongest strap available. It was designed for extreme tasks for which a heavy or very firm strap is needed, whereby a high strength and minimum stretch is required, or when the product can be sharp or hot. The steel strap has virtually no stretch. As a result, almost no tension is lost after strapping. Steel straps are mainly used in the wood and metal sector, but can also be used for other heavy materials. Steel straps are available in different qualities, widths, thicknesses, and finishes, such as galvanized, glued, painted, or zinc-coated. Today, the PET strap is a good and cost-effective alternative for steel straps.

Polypropylene or PP straps are the most commonly used straps. They are used in a wide range of industries. In fact, this strap is economical in price and can be used in many applications. Polypropylene was specially designed for light to medium-heavy loads and has excellent performance under normal conditions because properties such as breaking strength, elasticity, and tension loss are sufficient for many applications. It is available in different widths, thicknesses, compositions, and colors and can be easily printed with, for example, warnings, quality marks, or marketing messages. The disadvantages of the PP strap are that is more sensitive to ambient factors and its low stretch recovery.
PET strap
Polyester is the strongest plastic strap. It is often used for heavy loads that require a high tension during handling, transport, and storage. PET straps offer high tension, are able to retain this tension for a long period of time, and have an excellent stretch recovery. Because of the stretch recovery, they are excellently resistant to shocks and impacts. PET strap is light, UV resistant, recyclable, and easy to handle. These properties remain, even at high temperatures. The main disadvantage is that it is less elastic than the PP strap. In many industries, PET is used as an alternative to steel.

【Background】
Till August 20, 2021, the total number of valid pilot licenses for Civil aircraft in China is 73,651. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the number of domestic aviation training schools has increased from 20 to 43, an increase of 115%. The number of pilot training bases increased from 27 to 75, an increase of 177%. The number of flight instructors increased from 440 to 825, an increase of 87.5%. China's civil aviation pilot training capacity has been able to basically meet the needs of the industry development, a preliminary reversal of the past while part of the pilots need to be sent abroad for training, domestic pilot training capacity gradually enhanced at the same time, China's civil aviation pilot training concept is gradually changing. On the basis of continuing to pay attention to the training quantity, training cycle and pilot technical skills training, more attention should be paid to the overall improvement of core competency, psychological competency and style competency. Continue to promote the construction of professionalism lifecycle management system. At present, the Asia-pacific aviation market, especially China's domestic aviation market, is accelerating recovery accompany with fierce competition. The challenges brought by the epidemic have also provided the aviation industry with an opportunity to reflect and reform, and put forward higher requirements for the number and quality of pilots.

【Event Background】
According to the latest forecasts of major aircraft manufacturers for 2021, the civil aviation market affected by the epidemic is about to recover. Boeing estimates that the world will need 19,000 civil aircraft worth $3.2 trillion over the next 10 years. Demand for the 20-year period to 2040 is more than 43,500 new aircraft worth $7.2 trillion, up about 500 from the previous year's forecast. According to COMAC' s latest annual report, by 2040, the global passenger aircraft fleet is expected to reach 45,397 aircraft, and China's fleet size will reach 9,957 aircraft, accounting for 22% of the global passenger aircraft fleet, becoming the world's largest single aviation market.
The 4th Annual Connected Aircraft China Congress is scheduled to be held on April 26th -27th, 2022 in Beijing, China. In May this year, the CAAC released the task list of "Doing Practical things for the People", aiming to enable passengers to enjoy higher quality civil aviation services and enhance their sense of happiness during air travel. Zhang Ruiqing, deputy director of the Air Traffic Control Office of the CAAC, told the media that the speed of the wireless network on aircraft is relatively slow, mainly due to the restrictions of the communication technology system. To solve this problem, CAAC will work with relevant departments of The State Council to upgrade traditional satellite communication technology to high-throughput satellite communication technology, combined with the new 5G infrastructure, there are three main ways to upgrade the ATG communication system from 4G to 5G communication technology, optimize the existing network structure and enhance the network coverage, accelerate the evolution and upgrading of network infrastructure and effectively improve the communication rate.
