• TTH foundation in saving the Himalayan villages during COVID. - Rishikesh; 11 Oct. 2020 The TTH foundation adopted 80 villages from the remotest parts of Uttrakhand during the difficult times of covid and worked on the following :- - Distribution of PPE, Digital thermometer, Oxymeter and other safety kits. -Educating the locals about COVID guidelines and quarantine. - Setting up quarantine centers and healthcare facilities. -Work in coordination with the Government to develop COVID care resources. A total of 80 villages in four districts were reached & more than 4 Lakh medical kits, including oximeters, masks, thermometers, basic medicines, and safety brochures, were distributed. ‘’Between 18th-26th May 2021, 4000 medical kits were distributed in Lohajung, followed by Uttarkashi & Joshimath, upto the last Indian village of MANA. This was just the beginning. In all 80 villages in 4 districts were reached & more than 4 Lakh medical kits including oximeters, masks, thermometers, basic medicines and safety brochures were distributed.’’ said Rakesh Pant.
