Companies to train Indian skilled employee in the electronics equipment sector
With an aim to create a skilled workforce in India, Rocking Deals ASIA’S LARGEST CERTIFIED REFURBISHED AND EXCESS INVENTORY BRAND along with Care Skills Academy (one of the leading skill development centers in India offering skill development the program, vocational training, job-oriented courses and apprenticeship have formed a joint venture company,” Goal cast Foundation”.
In the new JV company training will be provided by Care Skills for using refurbished components arranged by Rocking Deals and World Class Academy Setup provided by Rocking Deals. This will also Help Rocking Deals employ better-skilled employees and train the existing employees.
The “Goalcast Foundation” will provide its training at Rocking Deals new premises where students not only get understandings about the current market opportunity but also job opportunity which will be provided by Rocking Deals or by companies in the similar field of electronics products.
Commenting on the collaboration, Mr. Yuvraj Aman Singh, CEO & Founder of Rocking Deals said, “We are very happy to join hands with Care Skillsand to form “Goalcast Foundation”. This initiative will help us to produce expert technicians those will be skilled in use of refurbished components. We are taking this as nonprofit and do better for the people,” adding that “The key thought to put joint efforts together is to integrate the expertise of our two companies and provide very economical services for the benefit of the customer and to carry out TOP QUALITY repairing job at low cost.”
The Institute will start from the first week of May 2019 and the duration of the course will be 3 months where Skill Development training will cover theoretical as well as practical training in the ratio of 40:60, 40 will the share towards theoretical training (including Soft skills and extracurricular activities). Apart from Training how to Refurbish the Academy would also RUN COURSES in Management skills, Manufacturing, Automobile repair, etc.
“There are no institute for training for refurbishing products in India at present. As Rocking Deals started this category in India, we are also very keen on starting the academy on this line. We will look forward to a mutually benefited collaboration providing the country better-skilled manpower in the electronics sector.” said, Mr. Santosh Upadhyay, CEO, Care Skills Academy.
At present, Care Skills provides vocational training in repairing of electronic item by replacing the defective components with new bought out components. With this collaboration, the training will focus on replacement of defective components with refurbished components at substantially reduced cost without sacrificing the quality of working of electronic item.
