Sizzle up festive celebrations this holiday season at Cocobolo Poolside Bar + Grill, overlooking the glistening pool and set against the charming Robertson Quay skyline. Nestled at level two of Park Hotel Clarke Quay, the inviting alfresco poolside respite is notable for its weekend barbecue buffet spread. This festive season, Cocobolo, one of the best restaurants in Clarke Quay will up its ante with more elaborated celebratory fare on 20, 21, 24, 27, 28 and 31 December 2019.
Bask in the conviviality under a starry canopy, the lively poolside bar and grill rings in this season’s revelry with a hearty spread of the festive favourites and barbecued delights. The festive buffet presents six courses: appetisers and soup, salad bar, live carving station, grilled seafood and meats, sides and desserts.
The festive selections highlight well-loved Yuletide classics such as slow-roasted whole turkey at the live carving station, cold cuts, Christmas ham and salmon gravlax. The grilled station displays an array of succulent barbecued dishes such as:

Cocobolo’s Festive BBQ Buffet is available on 20, 21, 24, 27, 28 and 31 December 2019, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, at $78++ per adult and at $39++ per child (5 to 11 years old). The price includes free flow soft drinks and Magnum ice cream.
All guests who dine on 31 December 2019 will enjoy complimentary access to Park Hotel Clarke Quay New Year’s Eve Countdown Party, brimming with free flow of red, white, and sparkling wines, with games and activities.
