It is no secret that the corporate culture generally leads to a sedentary lifestyle. If not involved in physical activities, one won’t be able to stay fit and healthy. Chances are, there may arise some common health issues like neck pain, cervical pain, joint pain, body ache, cardiovascular diseases, etc.
SoftProdigy Cares for its Hardworking Team Members
SoftProdigy has always been a front-runner when it comes to taking care of their team members’ health. Continuing this tradition as a leading digital agency in India, the company recently organized a fitness BootCamp in association with Ozi Gym.
The Ozi Gym team visited the office on May 17, 2022, and met all the team members individually as well as in a group. They demonstrated an array of simple yet effective exercises that are beneficial for everyone in the long run. The BootCamp included various fitness activities and events like…
● Dance
● Bhangra
● Aerobics
● Well-being exercises
● Body movements
● Online sessions for remote workers
● And much more…
Several enthusiastic SoftProdigians voluntarily joined the Ozi Gym team (both physically and digitally) to experience the live demo of the fitness camp. The camp was a complete success as it threw light on the fact that small stretches and exercises amidst daily work are indeed a fun and rejuvenating thing to make the job better.
“We are not just a bunch of IT professionals working as a digital agency in India; SoftProdigy is a health-conscious organization bound to promote the well-being of its team members. And this event stands out as an added witness to our never-ending endeavors. Looking forward to organize more fitness camps like this one in the future." - Soumyajit Chakraborty, CEO, SoftProdigy
