Add the olive oil and yeast mixture; stir until the dough is fluffy. Knead the dough for about five to seven minutes until it comes together. Arrange in a greased bowl; cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for about an hour. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) On a flour-dusted surface, roll out the dough to your preferred thickness.Replace on a baking sheet. Add your healthy topping of choice (such as described below) and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust is browned. 3.Vegetarian Masala Pizza Given its plenty of vegetables and Indian spices, this pizza is wonderful and healthy. Ingredients: • Made whole wheat pizza dough already • Just one cup of tomato sauce • Shred one cup of low-fat mozzarella cheese. • Diced half-cup bell pepper • Two half-cup cuts tomatoes • Two thinly crimson half-sized slices • One half cup of leaves from spinach. • One teaspoon garam spices. • Fresh coriander leaves to beautify with Instructions: To have the pizza ready, roll out the dough then put tomato sauce over it. Top once you have the spinach, tomatoes, onion, and capsicum with Garam masala. Then include the cheese. Top the vegetables with mozzarella cheese in arrangement. Slide it into the oven. Bake it at 475°F (245°C) ten to twelve minutes, until the cheese melts and the crust golden. Just before serving, arrange fresh cilantro leaves as a garnish. 4. Spicy Chickpea Pizza Chickpeas are full of energy and fiber, which makes them very good for us. Because chickpeas are healthy, pizza made with them is even more tasty and good for your health. Ingredients: • Prepared whole wheat pizza dough • 1 cup marinara sauce • 1 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded • 1 cup cooked chickpeas • 1 teaspoon cumin powder • 1 teaspoon paprika • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced • 1/2 cup red onions, thinly sliced • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish Instructions One cup of tomato sauce; wheat pizza dough that is already made. One cup of cooked chickpeas, one teaspoon of cumin powder, one teaspoon of paprika, and half a cup of chopped bell pepper. Sliced red onion into half-cup pieces; Add some fresh coriander leaves as a topping. Get the beans ready. Paprika and cumin powder should be put on top of the cooked chickpeas. Spread tomato sauce on the rolled out dough to make pizza. Cheese, red onion, bell pepper, and spicy beans should be added. Add fresh coriander leaves as a garnish before serving.
