Yousef Makki was killed after being stabbed with an illegal flick knife during a confrontation in Hale Barns on March 2nd. Joshua Molnar, who grew up in Hale and turns 18 on Tuesday, was cleared of the murder and manslaughter of his friend after claiming he had acted in self defence. However, he was given a 16-month detention order after admitting possessing an offensive weapon and perverting the course of justice by lying to police. Yesterday, his mother Stephanie Molnar gave an interview to the Sunday Times Magazine after an order guaranteeing her son’s anonymity had been lifted. In the interview, she said her son was “incredibly remorseful” about the “tragedy”, but also praised some of his talents and elements of his character. MC2 Communications, based on Little Peter Street in Manchester, have been contracted by the Molnar family to handle press enquiries. Debbie Makki, the mother of the victim, said: “Who do the Molnars think they are having a publicist? They’re hardly Posh and Becks. They are shameless. They have shown no remorse to us during or since the trial. “We’ve never heard anything from them. Surely, as human beings they should sympathise with us losing such a huge part of our lives. Instead, they seem to be more worried about tainting their reputations." Her daughter, Jade Akoum, added: “We have never seen a shred of true remorse. • Spain: Supreme Court Bans Use of Pennant in Public Sphere, Set back to the polisario - New setback for the polisario in Spain. The Spanish justice system inflicted a new blow to the separatists by prohibiting the use of their pennant in public spheres. Berlin, Germany., June 4, 2020 - The Spanish Supreme Court, the country’s highest judicial body, bans the use of “unofficial” flags or any political expression inside and outside public buildings. The text stipulates that any use of flags, ensigns, emblems or unofficial symbols, like that of the polisario, in buildings and public areas will be banned. The reason, the text adds, is that it is neither “compatible with the current constitutional and legal framework” nor with the “duty of objectivity and neutrality” of Spanish administration. Bratt pans are used for cooking rice, dal, and vegetables. The Bratt pans have a capacity of 450 litres and can cook rice for 2000 meals in 30 minutes and vegetables for 5000 meals in 1 hour. The dal cooker also has a capacity of 450 litres and can cook dal for over 2500 meals in under 2 hours. The kitchens are also equipped with a semi-automated puri machine which can fry about 6000 puris per hour. The state-of-the-art kitchen in Mohan Cooperative Industrial Area, New Delhi will follow the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality to ensure that nutritious food is cooked and delivered to children. Continuing with the practice of serving food in accordance to the local palate, the Foundation’s menu for Delhi will include aata poori, besan poori, aaloo curry, chole, rice, sambhar, dal, and kadi. All the gravy items will have mashed vegetables added to them to enhance their nutritional value. Similarly, triple fortified salt and fortified oil will be used for cooking.
