There are over 30 different symptoms linked to menopause.

This natural process can be a time of confusion, anxiety and distress for some, due to various symptoms that might accompany menopause.

Women know very little about the menopause and the types of menopause help and treatment available in the UK especially peri menopause treatments, until they start experiencing it and aren’t prepared for the physical, mental and emotional changes they will experience as their periods stop. Any number of menopausal symptoms can appear as hormone levels start to fluctuate. For most, it happens in their mid-life, over a period of months or years as they approach menopause.

An estimated 60% of women, struggle to cope with their symptoms and face difficulties at home and at work.

Menopause still remains a taboo subject, making women feel on their own and disinclined or too embarrassed to talk about it.

We are here to help you understand the menopause treatment & help available in the UK.

“Off the back of your webinars, I've been able to work with my GP to join the dots of all my perimenopause symptoms going back 7 YEARS and I am starting HRT in a couple weeks!

It is such a relief to know that I'm not a hypochondriac (as I was pretty much told by most doctors) and I am SO looking forward to feeling better.

Life changing - thank you!”
