SAGlobal finalizes LexisOne® Acquisition

SAGlobal® announced today that they have completed the acquisition of the LexisOne® practice management solution from LexisNexis®. The acquisition becomes part of their Legal360® offering to create a new leader in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Practice Management, Finance & Accounting and Business Development solutions for law firms.
Built on the award-winning Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, LexisOne is a fully integrated business management suite providing practice management, time and billing, accounting, and human resource management capabilities.
