Pressbox (Press Release) - Hello friends I hope you are good. Today I have completed my 4 day meditation classes organized by Art of living. This is online classes taken by Mrs. Damyanti Didi (Meditation Teacher) And i'm so happy and feeling so good

I want to say something about meditation..........

Meditation is to awaken your sleeping powers. Make full use of your mind. According to science, we use only 2% of the volume of our brain.

In simple words, let's say we have some grains of rais in our hands. We have scattered those donations on the ground. Now we have to cover those donations, similarly we have scattered our minds in many places. Meditation is the medium through which we Many places that have left the mind scattered, remove it from those places and place it where we want to place it. This place can be anything, for some people that place is God, for some business, for some, etc.

According to Sri Sri Ravi shankar , "Meditation is the art of doing nothing." Most of the day, we are so occupied with mental activity and thoughts that we struggle to even relax. In therealm of the mind, effortlessness is the key.
