Port Angeles - Washington State, known more for it's logging, fishing and rugged mountains then for its surfing, now has a fully

operational summer surf school. Lost Coast Adventures located on the coast of the Olympic Peninsula offers private or group

instruction for all ages and does not require any previous experience. Owner Travis Moegling say's "Families looking for some

serious adventure should really consider a few days of surf training here on the beautiful Olympic Coast" Most people really

don't know that in the summer, surfing is a viable option in Washington State. Travis Moegling continues saying " With the

wetsuits we use these days, the warmer summer ocean currents and small swells, our beach is as good as any in the world

for learning to surf and much safer too because the way the beach is situated rip tides aren't a constant threat, which creates a

perfect environment for all levels of students to get out in the ocean and catch waves!" Lost Coast Adventures provides all

the gear one needs to learn to surf including new surfboards, wetsuits, booties and qualified instructors. If the student decides

to continue on his or her own as a surfer, Lost Coast Adventures sells all the necessary equipment, including custom handmade

surfboards. While learning to surf there's always the chance that you may swim with the many migrating gray whales that

frequent the Olympic Coastline. Lost Coast Adventures is the first and only surf instruction provider for the State of

Washington, and will guide each student thru all the basic's of ocean safety, surfing etiquette, ocean paddling and the many

other fundamentals required to successfully ride waves. To learn more on how you or your family can learn to surf this summer
