EX-ENGLAND INTERNATIONAL TO PROVIDE FOOTBALL AT IBIZA CHALLENGE 2002

Pressbox (Press Release) - Ex- England, Manchester United and Manchester City star Peter Barnes has agreed through his Kik Off Soccer Centres to provide the football organisation at the Ibiza Challenge 2002.

Kik Off has teamed up with the Football Association to provide grass roots soccer centres throughout the country, all equipped with the revolutionary Sprinturf‘ playing surface.

“Five a side football is crucial to developing sharp and incisive passing football, due to the speed of thought, reaction and movement required to play. Kik Off is developing state of the art playing centres throughout the country. I see events like the Ibiza Challenge as being essential to develop of football nationwide. To combine a holiday in the sun, with top class football organisation and clubbing fun at night sounds like the recipe for a great week away. I cannot recommend the event highly enough.” Says Peter Barnes.

The Ibiza Challenge is a festival of football and music taking place in and around San Antonio and San Rafael, Ibiza between 20th and 24th May 2002 with a host of UK clubs providing the tunes and Kik Off providing the football it promises to be a kickin’ event in more ways than one.

The Ibiza Challenge is one in a series of sporting holidays provided by Lifestyle Events International under the banner Your Sporting Challenge.
