As Tony Budd explains, “The sector has witnessed major disruptions, with a number of major consumer web sites literally grinding to a halt from traffic increase during busy periods, such as Christmas. It seems that companies are not keen to repeat the same mistakes and IT managers are looking for tools to verify performance levels to the board.”
