Pressbox (Press Release) -
Craig Williams (UK) Ltd announces the beta release of tshirtcandy.com, the first tshirt printing business to allow users to design their tshirts online.
tshirtcandy.com uses the latest in Internet technology to allow users to specify typefaces, colours, size and positioning of any slogan they wish to have printed on a tshirt. Users can also choose whether to keep their slogan to themselves or have it highlighted in a 'recent candy' section of the site.
Currently the site is only in a beta test format whilst interest in the concept is gathered. Users are invited to try the site out and offer feedback about their experience. Once the testing phase is over and sufficient interest is generated a fully working version of the site will launch.
Users are able to choose between vee neck and round neck tshirts and whether they wish to have their ‘candy’ placed on the front or the back of the tshirt. Future releases will offer vest tops and long-sleeve baseball style tshirts as well.
Tshirts ordered from tshirtcandy.com are expected to cost between £17 and £20 and will initially only be available in the UK, although an international pricing model is planned.
tshirtcandy.com uses the popular Flash 5 plugin to deliver its functionality and ‘cool’ web experience. This plugin is available for all major Internet browsing software and is free.
