Top Speechwriter to give Masterclass on Wedding Speeches

Added: (Thu May 03 2001)

Pressbox (Press Release) - On Tuesday 15th, Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th May at 7pm, top speechwriter, Brian Jenner, will be repeating a seminar in central London on ‘How to Amuse an Audience’. Last year the course proved incredibly popular with thousands of people visiting his website (www.speakup.co.uk) last May to use the gags and get some useful tips on how to entertain an audience.

The seminar will also include a talk on ‘How to Control Nerves’ by Pav Kumar Chaterjee, a top presentation trainer and former President of Grosvenor Square Toastmasters. The event will be held at the New Cavendish Club, 44 Great Cumberland Place, London, W1.

Brian Jenner was inspired to do the course after hearing a number of horror stories about people attempting to be funny at weddings and in business presentations. ‘There is no shortage of embarrassing stories about how young men get up at weddings thinking that they have to tell a string of vulgar and abusive jokes about the groom. This frequently ruins a wedding day.’

Brian Jenner is a professional speechwriter. His clients include BP Amoco and the Ambassadors Theatre Group. He is available to be interviewed on the subject of public speaking.
