British Gardeners Vote with their Feet and Buy British

UK consumers are becoming more conscious of what they are buying after the emergence of Covid. A survey commissioned by Made in Britain reveals strong evidence that consumers are more likely to buy British to support the economy.
• 90% of Britons felt it was important to buy British products generally
• Two-fifths prefer to buy British irrespective of cost
• Seven in 10 people believe that buying British can help tackle climate change
Copely Developments, a UK-based designer and manufacturer of hoses, tubes, and profiles, has extended its Eden Garden Care range of watering products, in order to satisfy the needs of consumers looking to buy British. Made at Copely’s manufacturing centre in Leicester, products are delivered to garden centres around the UK. Manufacturing locally reduces CO2 emissions generated by overseas freight.
Eden Garden Care is a British range of hoses and accessories, aimed at both professional and domestic gardening applications. It was introduced after Copely’s existing range of watering hoses became increasingly popular over a number of years.
The range includes four hoses, each with unique features and levels of durability. From a standard tier hose, ideal for the more casual gardener; to more heavy-duty hoses with toughened durability, best suited to more professional applications; to space-saving alternative hoses, for smaller gardens. Accessories are also available to complete the full set. Included are spray guns and connectors, which complement the Eden Garden Care range, but are also compatible with all other standard watering equipment.
