MANDOFORMS ALLOW YOU TO GAIN MORE INFORMATION,MORE QUICKLY, FROM MORE CUSTOMERS ON-LINE.
Mandoforms has unveiled a new range of intelligent software which speeds the deployment of data capture forms on websites, and increases and accelerates responses from consumers.
Mandoforms, which are set to replace outdated HTML forms, offer the perfect solution to marketing departments looking to develop Internet business models. Alliance and Leicester, Bank of Scotland, VentureDome, Private Capital Exchange and The-Ladder.com have already integrated the intelligent data capture forms into their websites. Mandoforms allow customers to quickly complete complicated forms in a secure environment provided by cutting-edge encryption.
The Mandoforms product brings a higher rate of form completion because customers aren’t being forced to complete unnecessary sections of the form and spend longer than they need on-line as the forms can be completed off line.
Mandoforms also have the added advantage of a significantly lower cost of response than traditional HTML forms. Ready for deployment on any standard Web servers, Mandoforms are delivered to the desktop using Java applets and can be downloaded by the customer to any computer platform - PC, Mac, Unix workstation, home or office.
Mandoforms work across most platforms and a range of databases including Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, Informix, IBM DB2, Lotus Notes and Microsoft Access. Mandoforms applications produce lower server loads than traditional HTML forms and demand dramatically lower network bandwidth.
It’s easier to integrate and manage and significantly cheaper to develop because it offers an off-the-shelf solution to a bespoke problem.
All Mandoforms are backed by the very latest security features with 128 bit plus data capture ensuring peace of mind for both the customer supplying confidential, personal details, and the company gathering sensitive business intelligence.
The range of Mandoforms products includes a Freeware Tool which can be downloaded free of charge from www.mandoforms.com and used to create professional on-line forms that even novices with no coding expertise can install.
For developers requiring more complicated electronic forms, Mandoforms has created the Developer Tool, which will retail at £99 and provide software for unlimited questions, additional data entry features and validation routines,
section headers and progress bars for longer forms and support services from Mandoforms.
The Test Server, which retails at £99, provides the ideal test bed for those wishing to deploy the Professional Server. The package allows automatic, simple, server-side processing of received forms, carrying out the most common tasks without any programming required.
In addition to the functionality provided by the Test Server, the Mandoforms Professional Server, which retails at £1,495, allows secure client printing, database integration scripts and a deployable server licence. The Professional Server is required to deploy developed electronic forms on a live website.
Mandoforms have been developed by the Manchester-based Mandoforms company, from pioneering work with major UK banks and dot.coms. The team of four directors and 18 staff have spent the past three years perfecting the Mandoforms and unveiled the product at the Webmaster/Java 2000 exhibition - the exhibition for Web developers.
The Mandoforms website has already been visited by hundreds of developers across the world wanting to download the basic software package which is free to use. The company can then provide developers with additional software tools at prices ranging from £99 to further improve and develop the forms they can buildn The Mandoforms team believes that within a matter of months, the Mandoforms software will be taking over many form applications on the Internet.
Mandoforms Director Nick Turner said: “Mandoforms are the perfect solution for marketing departments looking to take their existing paper based forms on-line or for companies looking to develop their existing HTML forms to a much more sophisticated and efficient model. They are faster, easier to use and safer because of the special security software built in to every Mandoforms and they have the ability to integrate into existing back office systems so your new development need not mean replacing existing database systems.”
