First IDM Event of 2001

Added: (Tue Jan 09 2001)

Pressbox (Press Release) - Please join us for the first members’ evening of 2001. The CRM presentation, “My Mum, Her Grocer and the Coronation Telly!” will be given by IDM Fellow John Fraser Robinson.

The Presentation:

Research by leading global consultancies demonstrates that those who jumped early onto the CRM bandwagon are enjoying massive benefits. Yet other business discipltines are claiming that CRM is merely a plot by IT and marketing to take over their world. Paranoid maybe, but that’s the reason why boardrooms around the world are hesitating to make this vital ‘thrive or survive’ decision or simply ignoring it altogether.

John Frazer-Robinson says that CRM is ‘as much whole business as it is whole brain’. He describes it as ‘a jigsaw puzzle of projects and change programmes’. In this presentation he will explore that jigsaw puzzle piece by piece. He will demonstrate how all the pieces come together and how much easier life becomes when those master-minding the introduction of CRM have the picture from the lid of the jigsaw box to work from!

The Presenter:

John Frazer-Robinson (JFR) is a well-established speaker, trainer, lecturer and author having published books in 11 different languages and presented to over 50,000 delegates internationally. As a marketing practitioner, during a distinguished period as CEO and creative director of an established group of marketing services businesses, JFR won more British direct marketing awards than any other individual.

JFR is a member of the Professional Speakers Association and was elected as one of the first Fellows of the IDM in 1995.
