United Arab Emirates Salons Participate in the International Haute Coiffure Francaise Conference

The event that is set from 11 till 13 February 2018 in Maison du Barreau – Hôtel Harlay in Paris will also have an international hairstyling contest.

Charbel Doumit, Master hairstylist and owner of Hairwaves by Charbel, is going to be representing the UAE in the event.
