in 2003 he won the Hal Schram ' Mr. Basketball ' award, effectively, this named him at the top high-school player in Michigan

Over 18,000 fans watched from the MCI Center as Dion played with the Silver team during the 2003 Jordan Brand Classic, a final score 107-102 win for Dion Harris and the Silver team

In Ann Arbor wearing the Maize and Blue # 5 Dion played 4 seasons; he won numerous awards: Bill Buntin MVP Award; Wayman Britt Outstanding Defensive Player Award; Gary Grant Award for Most Assists; the Iron Man Award

Played in 131 games at the University of Michigan ( 1,599 pts. )
