The Secretary of Labor for the United States, Alexander Acosta has issued the Employment Situation report for January 2019. In the report, the secretary has stated that the job report reflects the strength of the US economy, which grew robustly despite various hurdles. The job surge came mainly from the private sector and carried forward job growth despite a partial shutdown of the government.
