the United States.

Gang Stalking is a covert operation based on sneek and peaks , excessive foot patrols and unwanted survillance. These tactics were used by the Stasi police of Germany to drive dissedents of whistle blowers to mental instability to ruin.

These programs have also led to serious events. Gavin Long and many other people have complained about excessive targeting and harassment. Some politicians have pointed fingers at overly funded projects which require quotas to be meet and people to be targeted under titles like public engagement, community engagement, community policing, unknowledged special access programs, community revitalization etc.
Many new programs forming in America are ran by people that are profiting off of community policing and targeting people illegally. This harassment can include harassment in U.S schools, churches, shopping, taking walks and at social events which could be giving rise to the greatest rise of active shooters in the history of our nation since it sponsered with U.S tax dollars. Free Masons and hoards of groups are participating in this activity which is funded by Dept. of Homeland Security , Dept. of Defense and other agencies.
In an effort to reduce violence and promote counter terrorism awareness it is vital that agencies violating the laws of the United States government understand that violence , harassment and unethical activities that defy a persons oath of office to our nation can do nothing but only link our very government to activities that can later humilaite our nation. For those that hate our laws and conduct covert activities that have been proven clinically and scientifically to led to mass shootings it is my hope that you open your eyes and learn from past studies from the CIA and other organizations. Congress has congressional oversight and needs to be held accountable for these programs being funded with our tax dollars. Violence is not the answer and promoting false flags isn't either.

I believe that creating events that led to violence is unethical and I pray that our nations leaders do more to investigate real crimes such as organized crime which are being funded with our very tax dollars.
