The Synergy Companies have announced their decision today to acquire the pharmaceutical company First Medicine and provide an independent platform for its customers to buy generic medications at cost-effective prices. The Synergy Companies will acquire the First Medicine assets and its clientele and the business will now operate under The Synergy Companies brand.
