Pressbox (Press Release) - Gómez and his partners seek to recover $1 million after a bank operation carried out in 2015. Only one part has been fulfilled. The agreement signed by Gómez and Arri refers to the exchange of Venezuelan bolivars and U.S. dollars at a preferential rate. It is important to note that Gómez and his partners in the operation contributed the bolivars that Arri pledged to change for $1 million. Gómez is the founder of Börser S.A., one of the world’s most innovative fintech firms. Börser comprises three distinct companies: Mi Wall Street, which provides high-quality financial services to small investors; CrowdingFunds, a blockchain-based crowdfunding platform; and X-Change, a low-cost service that facilitates the exchange between Börser’s cryptocurrency and fiat currency. Later, with some delays Arri managed to pay a first part for the amount of $35,000 culminating 2015. It is also of vital importance to highlight that this transaction was initiated in India and the funds were held in Dubai. Gómez tried to establish communication with him in repeated opportunities but without fortune. Since then, he has no knowledge of his whereabouts. The following year 2016, Richard Durrant communicated with Gomez to propose an exchange with characteristics similar to that Arri did not finished. After several conversations and a personal meeting with the representative of Durrant Edward Patrick Roworth in the city of Cúcuta, Colombia, Gómez continued with the agreement case contrary to Roworth. In 2017 Roworth emerged as a potential investor in the new fintech company of Gómez called Börser. Roworth at no time fulfilled what he promised in relation to financing or personnel. Just sending a small part of capital looking to take care of his interests that in this case is to acquire Börser token. At the end of 2018, it was known that Jaspal Singh Arri as Richard Durrant were partners of Roworth and were linked to his company Eco Worldwide. Eco Worldwide was declared a paper-only company, created by Roworth, without employees. Cash flow, and no headquarters. It is believed that Durrant was sent by Roworth to harass Gomez after Arri had closed his means of contact. ,Roworth disregarded and did not take responsibility for the fact. Meanwhile, with Börser S.A. being a famous figure in the cryptocurrency market, Roworth increased his demands for shares in the company, stating that he had already been offered a share. When Gómez manifested himself reminding Roworth of the contract signed before a notary, a contract that under no circumstances gives Roworth a share of Börser, Roworth took the initiative that has to do with a campaign of dishonor against Gómez. During this campaign, Roworth contacted Gomez, intimidating him with corrupting documents, including transcripts of conversations and telephone messages, if Gomez was not left out of his majority stake in Börser. Gomez refused, Roworth renounced any initiative to negotiate a commercial agreement and resorted to open blackmail. His tactics at this stage became even more desperate, forceful and dangerous. Roworth intended to extract $ 50,000 USD from Gómez under the ultimatum of sending a "South American collector" to visit him at his home. That's how Gomez proceeded to get evidence to support the campaign against him. He is now exercising a legal resource in Costa Rica in conjunction with an international resource in London. Such pending legal remedies seek total compensation for the $1 million agreed by Arri, acting as agents of Roworth, and for damages proportionate to defamation directed against him.
