Pressbox (Press Release) - INFOSYS is not merely a global consulting and IT services company, but, itís a manifestation of the efforts made by the people working for it. Itís a rendezvous of adventure and discipline. Here, life breathes enlightenment; amuses itself out of the long undealt boredom; buzzes the building made up of bricks and mortar with energy and walks with elegance in neatly worn uniforms.
In 2018, the market capital of Tata Consultancy Services crossed Rs. 6 trillion and its stock prices surged to 17% as of now. This is the first company to cross this milestone set by the Reliance Industries. But, thereís miles to be unleashed as it stands far behind in the list of the most valuable international technology firms.
After ransacking, I learned that INFOSYS is a combined dream of Mr. and Mrs. N.R. Narayan Murthy. The dream found its seeds under the blessings of another tech guru- Mr. Ratan Tata. Mrs. Murthy used to work in TATA groups prior to the development of Infosys. She is an epitome of women empowerment. Being individuals, they canít be present at all quarters of this MNC at the same time but, their omnipresence can be felt in all corridors. Everything is held intact by their strength and lacs of employees work in unison towards Sir Murthy ís vision. Every Indian software engineer dreams to work in this firm. In the 35 years of survival, the company has experienced many risings and downfalls. Victory is celebrated with rejoice and failures are accepted as lessons. This high spirit makes me more obliged towards this team.
