UK Afro-pop Artis Mr Bangz Unveils the music video for Ice Cream

UK-based Afro-pop artist, and former member of the 2015 Kora nominated duo from Sierra Leone , Double Bangz has returned with his first solo single "Ice Cream" . This is the first come back song from the independent singer/songwriter since the group split up in 2017, and he has rebranded himself by changing his name from Mystery to Mr Bangz. As part of the duo, Mr Bangz has collaborated with the legendary Awilo Longomba in their famous “Circulate remix” "Ice Cream" is an afro-fusion sound produced by Soundboy Richie, sung in english and krio with catchy hooks and melodies. It has a great urban vibe with infectious lyrics, definitely a summer jam. The visual for this song was shot in London and directed by UK-based Nigerian video director, Martin of Simplicity Studio. It tells the story of a love triangle involving Mr Bangz, a message which the artist was trying to convey in the song. The director did justice to this video with beautiful colour grading to give it that vibrant summer feel.
