Dubai’s first Bavarian Biergarten and Wirtshaus Ernst welcomes guests to their new evening brunch, Ernst Bavarian Fest. Every Saturday, from 6pm to 10pm, guests are treated to lavish spreads of authentic Bavarian cuisine, free-flowing beverages and incredible live music from a top-notch band that will really have them moving and grooving on the dance floor.
One of three packages are available to choose from – a soft drinks and food package for AED250; an entry package including food, house spirits, bottled brews, red and white grape for AED350; and a draught and bubbly package including Paulaner on draught, glasses of Moet, house spirits, bottled brews, red and white vino for AED450.
Classic German dishes will be served as part of the semi-buffet style brunch menu. Starters include; a charcuterie board packed with real German meats and cheeses, dips, salads, and freshly baked pretzels personally served by the staff donned in lederhosen and dirndl. For mains, guests are treated to live carving stations for chicken, meat and veal sausages, and pork knuckles and Weisswurst. A sweet ending follows – apple strudel with ice cream and kaiserschmarn apple sauce and berry compote will be served.
Ernst’s guests are invited to enjoy fresh air at the venue’s outdoor garden, which overlooks the glittering Burj Khalifa and newly opened Museum of the Future or relax indoors where they will be transported to the countryside German taverns. Inside, a colossal maypole resides, painted in traditional Bavarian colours and an ode to the Bavarian spring.
Ernst is located at the newly launched 25hours Hotel One Central, near the picture-perfect Museum of the Future. The venue welcomes guests between the hours of 12pm-Midnight from Sundays to Thursdays, and till 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. À la carte is not available between 4pm and 10pm on Saturdays.
