Pressbox (Press Release) - FRIDAY 2ND MARCH
Beatroot Late Bar and Club, Nottingham

After rocking it with The Freestylers in February, Spectrum returns with another fast-moving, electro-rocking, break-dancing monster movie of a night featuring APOLLO 440’s turntablist maestro HARRY K, together with breaks-god Bushwacka’s recording partner MAKESOME BREAKSOME. Support comes in the form of up-and-coming turntable crew UPPERKUTS (Gunsmoke and Phil-E-Blunt), and Spectrum, Balanced and Bassic resident PETE JORDAN, plus a guest appearance from dancefloor hiphop master Tom Greene.

The event will be taking place on FRIDAY 2ND MARCH, and tickets are available at just 5 from The Happy Return, Selectadisc, UNU box office and from the pre-club party at WELLO’S BAR, Barker Gate, Lace Market, Nottingham. 6 quid will get you in on the door, and there’s cheap drinks and no dress-code all night! Doors open at 10pm and it all finishes at 3am.

The Spectrum crew would also like to announce their new residency in the sticks! From THURSDAY MARCH 1ST Spectrum will be taking place on the first Thursday of every month at The Paradise Lounge, Lichfield, Staffordshire. Why? you may ask…

The story is that we did a warm up gig for BRA there before Christmas, and the 400 strong crowd went so mental that we’ve been looking forward to go back ever since… and so, it only makes sense that we do it in style with ASTON HARVEY from THE FREESTYLERS accompanying us in taking the party-breaks to the provinces!

For more press information, photo’s or guest list contact Pete or the Fat Pimp on 07748 324440 or on alex@thebigdaddy.com.
