The business school scenario is undergoing radical transformation in terms of expectations of students as well as corporate. However, the teaching learning-processes have not been able to cope up with the same. As a result, there is always a lemon gap between the expectation and outcome on the ground creating alienation among different stakeholders. Therefore, there is an urgent need for changing / altering the teaching-learning pedagogic approaches for making them student- friendly, interesting, meaningful and relevant to the millennials as well as corporate in terms of building up right attitude and skills besides developing the analytical abilities.
