IILM Engineering College hosted the Alumni Meet for its Ex-students
IILM College of Engineering and Technology has conducted an Alumni meet on its premises on 16th February 2019. The meet has remained far beyond just a simple Alumni meet because like all other years, IILM has always offered something significant to reverberate the tenure of its student with it. The Registration began at 10 am in the cold winter morning of Saturday and with the lamp lightening along with the Sarasvati Vandana, the program was commenced.
Following this, Sh. Ajay Pratap Singh, Sr. Director, IILM, gave a welcome address wherein he expresses his happiness while welcoming the Alma mater of IILM, narrated the milestones of IILM journey and spoken on that how important an Alumni remains for its institute.
Afterward, the stage was passed on to- the centre of the event- The Alumni IILM. Some of them have enthusiastically come up to share the story/Journey they underwent while in IILM. The interesting part was that they found that things have refined a lot since their first day of the college to the platform where they have been residing now. After breaking many fears and overcoming apprehensions-how they made room for hopes, aspirations, and ambitions to the groom were told by them. They indeed owe a sense of gratitude to their collage- IILM, for what and where they are right now. And while connecting the dots of life they have realized the hidden learning behind each episode of life. Alumni were overwhelmed with the event and their words have certainly acted as a lighthouse for their juniors through My IILM Journey, stories of learning, success goals etc.
Afterward, as a token of appreciation of their achievements, some of the distinguished Alumni- Ms. Alka Dagar- B.Tech, Bio-Technology;Mr. Amit Agrahari- B.Tech, CSE; Mr.Rahul Maurya- B.Tech, ECE;Mr. Sulabh Kath- B.Tech,Mechanical Engineering;Mr. Shashi Kant- B.Tech, MBA; Mr. Devesh Mishra- B.Tech, B.Pharma; were facilitated. Following this there was an open session and then they were taken forward for a grand lunch organized by IILM. With the belief that for the recreation of the mind and mood, the good music is necessary; a live performance with Music band was played which acted as a marvellous way to bond. The efforts to make this event successful were counted and cherished. Everyone was heartedly filled with a deeper appreciation and took home the memories which can last a lifetime.
