AVOID UNFRIENDLY USA, TRAVEL MAGAZINE TELLS
BUSINESS TRAVELLERS
Tough new immigration rules and mounting security measures are the tip of an iceberg of growing US hostility towards ‘aliens’ following 9/11, warns the business travel magazine TravelPlus in its September issue.
Innocent tourists and business travellers are being caught up in the fierce 9/11backlash, as the USA escalates security measures in its war on terrorism.
TravelPlus Magazine cautions that growing official obsession with security across the Atlantic could create a xenophobic attitude among an American population that is normally welcoming and hospitable. Sensitive travellers, it warns, should think twice about flying to the USA – at least until the country sorts out its security problems.
