Uniquely the HR & Payroll ASP is typically rolled out in 3-4 weeks worldwide. It has full user and employee access over WAP, SMS, Interactive Voice and GPRS already and marries the analytical requirements of both HR and Finance Directorates with clean, fast entry screens for operational efficiency.

HR & Payroll Department Outsourcing Services and Full Consultancy

Norcosse Bell covers the full range of HR administration services and complete outsourcing from global payroll contracting through a single contract; this includes HR processes such as recruitment, reviews and employee feedback, with legal, benchmarking, compensation planning, benefit and expatriate services, pensions, the establishment of companies on a global basis and mergers and acquisition issues.
