They have now partnered with Norcosse Bell who provide HR and expatriate management services including the highly complex Offshore, Oil, Energy and IT sectors.

Patersons Consulting offers a full Global HR & Payroll Application delivered through its own proprietary ASP platform. The application has a stunning knowledge management module that allows, global reporting, graphical presentations, either in predefined reports, or ad hoc queries to the database. Uniquely the HR & Payroll ASP is typically rolled out in 3-4 weeks worldwide. It has full user and employee access over WAP, SMS, Interactive Voice and GPRS already and marries the analytical requirements of both HR and Finance Directorates with clean, fast entry screens for operational efficiency.

Norcosse Bell covers the full range of HR administration services and complete outsourcing from global payroll contracting through a single contract; this includes HR processes such as recruitment, reviews and employee feedback, with legal, benchmarking, compensation planning, benefit and expatriate services, pensions, the establishment of companies on a global basis and mergers and acquisition issues. Considerable work has been done in the flexible benefits area customising the choice of global benefits for employees.
Day to Day
Allied to each of the specialised areas, the partnership offers online telephone support for HR advice to employees or line managers which means that policies designed for individual client companies can be advised on from a central telephone helpdesk.
