On August 21, 2000 in Los Angeles Superior Court Dept#58 at 8:30am trial begins for two former african american employees Pearl Burrell and Johnny Hill who filed a multi million dollar racial discrimination lawsuit against the tourist attraction in May of 1999.
The suit also involves a hangman's noose and the threatening of the two employees lives. The President of the Queenmary Joseph Prevritil was ordered by the judge to appear.
