HOLLY VALANCE VEHEMENTLY DENIES AND REFUTES ALL ALLEGATIONS REGARDING DELTA GOODREM AND MARK PHILIPPOUSSIS’S RECENT SPLIT.

VALANCE DEEPLY HURT AND UPSET BY UNFOUNDED UK MEDIA ACCUSATIONS.


Singer and actress Holly Valance categorically denies having any involvement in the recent separation of fellow Australian singer Deltra Goodrem and tennis star Mark Philippoussis.

Recent UK and subsequent Australian media reports have wrongfully alleged that Holly was inadvertently responsible for the recent split of Delta and Mark.

Holly says: “I categorically deny ever having had a conversation with Mark in my life: let alone playing match maker with one of my friend’s boyfriends. Delta & I worked together briefly on Neighbours and it absolutely sickens and disgusts me that she has to suffer at the hands of the media: even worse to be going through a break up in the glaring eyes of both the public and media. What is more upsetting is the fact that Delta has to hear from the media that one of her fellow co-workers and a friend has tried to destroy what I new to be a very positive relationship. “

Valance says of her on-screen co-star in Pledge This “ I do not really know Paris Hilton socially as we only worked together for a total of 7 days on set along with the other 25 principal actors in the movie. To claim that I helped organise a meeting between Mark and Paris is an absolute outrage. I am embarrassed and very hurt that the media in a 24 hour period have been so vicious towards me without even checking the story with my management company or publicist to establish where it came from and if there was any truth to it. ”

Holly adds: “It is an absolute disgrace and there is not an ounce of truth in this story.”

An international recording artiste, an international TV star, winner of numerous awards from ‘Woman of the Year’ (GQ) to Best New Artist (Japanese Music Industry Awards) and a pin-up for millions, Holly Valance has certainly made her mark since winning an audition for a role in ‘Neighbours’ at the tender age of 15.
