Pizza Cutter- £16.00
The traditional pizza wheel design has fallen into the creative hands of the designer duo and has been revamped. Now it looks funky and it works even better. The big plastic handle is ergonomic and the stainless steel blade easily cuts through the pizza without taking off the topping.
Kitchen Scales –oh so simple - £55.00
Conventional scales normally consist of about 35 plastic and metal parts and a similar number of electronic components. However, the two designers have made a real breakthrough in developing scales which consist of just three parts: a metal container with a measuring line on the outside, a glass jar with a weighing scale and a stainless steel spring. These three elements combine to create a perfect set of scales. They have a tare function which means that they can be "reset" between the adding of ingredients. Weigh out 300 grams, turn the measuring line back to 0 and carry on measuring without having to empty the container.
With decilitre indications on the inside of the metal container, it doubles as a conventional measuring jug. And they can be put straight into the dishwasher. The scales take up a minimum of space in drawers or cupboards as everything fits into the glass jar.
Breadbin - £65.00
The Eva Solo Bread bin consists of a stainless steel box lined with a flexible plastic material, giving it an unusual soft and curvy feel. The breadbin accommodates even the biggest of loaves and give the perfect microclimate to make your bread last.
The garlic press - £40.00 a modern twist on an old design, this garlic press consists of an unconventional press and a glass jar for storing any unused cloves. It does not have the conventional holes, which are so difficult to clean, but open slits, which makes it very easy to remove any garlic bits.
The Knife magnets- round and stylish - £35.00 for 4
Hang your knives where you use them- above the bread board, next to the cooker, near the sink etc. Alternatively you can hang them together on the wall like a kitchen alternative to flying ducks! The magnets are enclosed in stainless steel with non-slip rubber fronts. Screw the fittings onto the wall with the enclosed screws and mount the knife magnets on the fittings – magnetism holds them in place
Carafe with 4 tumblers £34.00
It looks good and ensures that the contents of the carafe end in the glass – and not on the tablecloth. The bottle pourer is made from stainless steel and silicone rubber and will always catch the last drop before it hits the tablecloth.
Ice Cube cooler- £45.00
Combine an ice cube tray and cooler bucket with this ice cube cooler from Eva Solo. Make store and serve ice cubes. The soft rubber tray is filled with water and placed in freezer (it also has extra high sides so you don’t spill water everywhere when you carry the tray to the freezer). Once the water has frozen simply twist the rubber tray to pop out the cubes into the double-walled metallic bowl. Then turn the ice cube tray upside down to use as a lid. To finish the look the ice cube tongs are placed on top of the lid. Now you just need the drinks to put the cubes in!
Cutlery from £136 for 4 setting
This range of cutlery from Eva Solo looks really classy with its clean lines and simple design. EVA SOLO cutlery is made from 18/10 stainless steel
Bird Feeder – five star restaurant for birds - £65.00
Treat your garden birds to five star treatment with this gorgeous bird table from Eva Solo which almost looks like it floats above the ground. The bird table is made from mouth-blown glass and synthetic materials and with a unique design. The table is also a food dispenser which keeps the bird food dry until it is taken and always ensures that there is something to eat for al the birdies, even when you are on holiday.
The bird table is complimented by their lovely rain gauge – which would make a fab gift for a keen gardener.
Media Holder- Storing media in style- £26.00
Practical and pretty this ‘media holder’ is great because it looks classy and holds all sorts of media- CDs CDs, DVDs, Minidiscs, diskettes, Playstation, etc. And the moveable stainless steel ends give support even to the smallest collections. The two moveable ends also make it possible to flick through the collection even if it only contains a few media.
Wine Rack- £32.00
Made up of 7 plastic ‘brackets’ and 24 metal rods the possibilities are endless with this adjustable wine rack from Eva Solo. Put them together any which way you choose to store your wine and add more sections as your collection grows.
