Levi's® Europe vmx to the max!

Added: (Tue Sep 07 2004)

Pressbox (Press Release) - Stock up on apps this Fall at www.eu.levi.com together with a new Levi’s® 501® section that includes the Fall range of 501® jeans washes, among others Dark Beach Bum, Grey Green and Dark Blue.

The vmx
The Levi’s® Video Mixer (vmx), the original video messaging tool introduced in Spring, now has its dictionary extended to a massive 1,000 words and over 4,000 unique video clips. In addition to the messaging mode there is now a conversation mode allowing the two stars of the ads to talk to each other, leading to some very amusing exchanges.

The max
Next comes the Levis® Mobile Audio Mixer (max), launching 3rd week of September - a mobile phone "utilitoy" that can be downloaded from the eu.levi.com website. The app gives users prearranged musical building blocks, and a sound library, to quickly create and easily produce tunes for playback on mobile phones and for use as mobile phone ring-tones. Soon you’ll be able to collaborate with your mates in mixing and re-mixing your own fresh tunes.

The other stuff
There will also be new cool and quick little games and widgets and finally, along with all of the above, there are the TV ads, the Film of The Film, fun and games, a comical explanation of ‘Anti-fit’ and more, all at eu.levi.com.

Also coming during Fall:
The Levi’s® Video Mixer Message competition in October. Users will be asked to create and enter their own interesting exchanges, using the vmx and inspired by a pre-defined theme to be revealed soon.

The Levis® Tattoo-Matic Funkiest Tattoo competition kicks off on September 28th. Here you can design your own Tattoo artwork – or if you aren’t feeling that creatively inspired then you can vote for those that were, as all the semi finalists will be up online, after having been whittled down to ten by our expert panel for you to choose the winner in November.

The Levi’s® Mobile Audio Mixer competition that will give ‘share ware’ a new meaning. More info to follow in early November.
