Sunnyvale, Calif. - December 14, 2000 -Mercury Interactive Corporation
(Nasdaq: MERQ), the leading provider of web performance management
solutions, announced today that it will be added to the Nasdaq-100 Index®,
effective the beginning of trading on Monday, December 18, 2000. Shares of
Mercury Interactive will also be included in the Nasdaq-100 Index Tracking
Stock(SM) (AMEX: QQQ).
