Answer Intelligence (AQ) is based upon the peer-reviewed academic research of Dr. Glibkowski. In-depth interviews were conducted with 25 of the top golf instructors in the world as rated by Golf Digest and Golf Magazine. There are over 20,000 golf instructors in the USA, therefore this was an expert study of golf instructors in the upper half of the 99th percentile. The research identified how experts communicate answers to influence others.

Priya Sachdev, is a recognized sales leader and has been actively working in the space of B2B sales, Channel management and sales performance management for the past 30 years. She has worked with Airtel, Times of India and Miller Heiman Group (now Korn Ferry) and delivered successful sales consulting and training projects with over 250 customers globally. She has been recognised as the “25 most influential women in India” by CEO Magazine in 2017 and “The 10 Successful Women to Watch for in 2018” by Insights Success.

Dr. Brian Dr. Glibkowski is passionate about the role of questions and answers in business and society.

His research on the six WH-questions (what, why, how, when, where, who) as a common framework for academics and practitioners to communicate and make decisions was recognized by the Association of Human Resource Development as one of ten articles that will shape the 21st century.

He published academic research that examined how the top golf-instructors in the world provide answers. The research resulted in a framework called Answer Intelligence (AQ)™— the ability to provide elevated answers. Dr. Glibkowski is the author of the book Answer Intelligence: Raise Your AQ (April, 2021).

Dr Glibkowski is a Professor and CEO of Semplar Science, the company established to commercialize his research.
