LaGarde and ezeehelp announce alliance for an international marketing push
Kansas e-commerce software provider, LaGarde, has announced a strategic partnership with ezeehelp Ltd, a UK provider of CMC (contact management centre) services.
LaGarde’s Storefront 5.0 e-commerce software integrates with Microsoft FrontPage to provide web stores with a customised shop window for easy e-commerce customer transactions. Ezeehelp’s CMC solutions will enhance customer service to the Storefront by allowing human agent interaction to ensure that orders are completed quickly and easily.
Bob LaGarde, founder and CEO of LaGarde welcomes the business benefits that this partnership will bring: “Given the increasing focus on customer service expectations in e-commerce, the sophisticated support provided by ezeehelp will complement our StoreFront services, ensuring that customers’ need are always met with the highest standards.”

In early 2001, LaGarde will establish an agent presence in ezeehelp’s Birmingham offices and ezeehelp will establish an agent presence in LaGarde’s Kansas offices.
The initial introduction of these UK and Kansas companies was facilitated through the Kansas Europe Office in liaison with Kansas Trade Development in the USA and BT eLocations, BT’s inward investment team. BT eLocations is a specialist team of business managers designed specifically to help guide clients through the processes of location or relocation in the UK.
