Digital Advertising review from Reckitt Benckiser

Consumer goods company, Reckitt Benckiser is undertaking a review of its digital marketing business.
Both non-roster and roster agencies have been issued with RFIs ahead of the review and the appointed marketing company will be tasked with leading the global digital activity for the company’s top five brands.
Hans Helbig, the global head of digital marketing for Reckitt, is leading the review with a US intermediary also being involved in the process.
The news comes following the abandonment of a previous digital CRM review in December last year without an appointment being made.
Recent digital activity from the brand has centred on a global digital strategy for the Durex brand.
