Added: (Wed Mar 24 2021)

Pressbox (Press Release) - Bad Girls actor Alex Silver has come good with the publication of her latest romantic novel.
The 64-year-old from Kent has just released her latest compelling page-turner, Rosa Freeman, Fifteen Days and Counting, to critical acclaim.
Dipping into her own experiences of working as a nanny, Alex’s latest novel is another authoritative study of the characters who lurk behind front-doors up and down the country.
In Rosa Freeman, Fifteen Days and Counting the bizarre behaviour is served up by the B-list celeb De Lorenzos family.
Alex explained: “Rosa Freeman, Fifteen Days and Counting is about Rosa, who finds herself caught up in the unpredictable and challenging world of nannying.
“It's not Rosa's first nanny job, but it's her first foray into trying to navigate the heady and unknown territory that comes with working with celebrities.
“She's usually a pretty shrewd judge of character, but her sharp sense of impending melee suffers a substantial hit when she starts working for the De Lorenzos.
“She can see a landslide of disturbing events beginning, and she has no idea if she has the staying power to win through.”
Rosa Freeman, Fifteen Days and Counting is both believable and highly entertaining.
Showing a masterful aptitude for characterisation and plot themes, Alex’s narrative is both appealing and believable.
Her knowledge of nannying and celebrities stems from her own colourful and varied career.
As well as making regular appearances in blockbuster films and popular television shows over the past 40 years, Alex has filled her down time with nannying work.
More recently the mum-of-one from Greenhithe has used lockdown to embark on a further career shift to novelist.
Rosa Freeman, Fifteen Days and Counting comes hot on the heals of her stunning debut novel, Living: 29 Coleman Crescent.
She admits she has enjoyed writing since her childhood.
Author Alex, who was inspired by the likes of Thomas Hardy, Wilkie Collins and George Elliot, added: “I must have been about 12 when I first started writing.
“I started with short stories, then poetry, which I wrote in never-ending amounts.
“I was encouraged by a good friend to consider taking writing more seriously and maybe look at it in terms of doing a degree.
“Due to the current climate, finding the time to write is certainly not hard work.”
