New self-help Essex author Rowin Mel Vitabis guarantees readers they won’t find any jargon is his gripping new guide.
What began as a personal project to mend his own problems and lack of motivation has led the retail manager to produce a highly authoritative publication.
How to Ease Life’s Problems is enlightening and insightful on how to find happiness and satisfaction throughout life.
And, as Rowin promises, it comes without any of the regular clichés and padding associated with other self-help publications.
He explained: “How to Ease Life’s Problems is about learning to help oneself.
“More specifically, it’s about how I’ve managed to help myself, with the hope that another human being might find this information beneficial.
“I don’t want to sound cheesy and I don’t want to use meaningless, airy-fairy phrases which don’t really say anything.
“It’s honest, slightly outrageous and a little bit quirky, but it tries to avoid that tired old cliché which accompanies the genre.
“Hopefully it can be insightful for some, and that’s all I want.”
Everyone has issues which can cause doubt and uncertainty.
And life has a habit of throwing up further problems just when you least expect them.
How to Ease Life’s Problems provides a pragmatic approach of accepting that yearning for lengthy spells of happiness is fruitless.
Rowin also explores compromising and concessions as well as ways to mitigate misery.
How to Ease Life’s Problems has already worked for the author, and he is confident it will be beneficial for everyone else who reads hi work.
Rowin, who lives in the South-East of England, added: “I started thinking to myself one day about how to fix me.
“I wrote a few pages about productivity and how it relates to happiness and motivation, then another day, I wrote about something else.
“Before long, I was putting in all of my spare time into writing, and jokingly said I could make a book out of it.
“And then I did, which was quite a surprise.
“In the process of writing How to Ease Life’s Problems, I’ve completely changed myself, my identity and my mindset
“The book conveys the importance of being honest with oneself and becoming self-aware, along with the notion that everyone can learn to ease the problems they face.”
As well as writing How to Ease Life’s Problems, Rowin regularly published words of wisdom on his own website.
He is currently considering the prospect of writing a sequel to his first self-help guide.
