Bermuda adventurer offers life tips in new book

Adventurer, sports coach and hugely successful businessman Stephen Castree is better placed than most to offer lifestyle advice.
His debut book, Three Adult Lives, has unsurprisingly been described by critics as ‘thought provoking’, ‘a great work’ and ‘rewarding’.

After graduating from the University of Birmingham and University of Lyon in France, Stephen moved into business.

Away from the boardroom, the 51-year-old from Buckinghamshire regularly completes marathons and was a swim coach with the Bermuda national team for the Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games and the London 2012 Olympics.
Now based in Bermuda with his long-term partner, Danielle, Stephen lives something of a nomadic and adventurous existence, having visited and explored more than 50 different countries.
But the avid mountain climber is only too aware of how easy it is to become trapped by modern life’s expectations.
